What's New?

Written By John D. Guandolo

Understanding the Threat regularly articulates the keys to victory in the war against the Marxist and Islamic Counter-States running roughshod over America today.

As a review, these keys are:

  1. Speak truth boldly about these threats.
  2. Reaffirm America’s Founding Principles.
  3. Obey the Law and Ensure Your Police Enforce the Law.

As evidence mounts of the coup attempts against President Trump, and as forces from the Marxist and Islamic Counter-States move to unhinge America’s Constitutional Republic from its founding principles and destroy the liberty they produce, American citizens must not lean towards vigilante actions when fear for the future sets in.

Citizens must obey the law and move to ensure their local and state police officials enforce the law.

While those paying attention likely see the real dangers to the Republic, let us not forget what our forefathers endured before they considered issuing the Declaration of Independence and revolting against the King of Great Britain.

The Declaration makes clear how grave the situation had become:

“He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.”

When the Founders did take action, it was not done by a mob.

While many U.S. elected leaders have gravely failed in fulfilling their Oaths of Office, and many others seditiously and treasonously pursue avenues against the Republic, true justice will not be found in vigilante actions while America’s legal system remains intact.

In his January 27, 1838 address at the Lyceum in Springfield, Illinois entitled “The Perpetuation of Our Political Institutions,” a 28 year old Abraham Lincoln addressed this very issue in the wake of a number of issues including the hanging by a mob of a group of black men, as well as the white men who aided them, for conspiring to incite an insurrection in Mississippi, as well as gamblers who were also hanged in separate incidents by a separate mob.

Mr. Lincoln was clear about the long-term repercussions of such mob actions on the future of the Republic:

“By such examples, by instances of the perpetrators of such acts going unpunished, the lawless in spirit, are encouraged to become lawless in practice; and having been used to no restraint, but dread of punishment, they thus become, absolutely unrestrained. Having ever regarded Government as their deadliest bane, they make a jubilee of the suspension of its operations; and pray for nothing so much, as its total annihilation. While, on the other hand, good men, men who love tranquility, who desire to abide by the laws, and enjoy their benefits, who would gladly spill their blood in the defense of their country; seeing their property destroyed; their families insulted, and their lives endangered; their persons injured; and seeing nothing in prospect that forebodes a change for the better; become tired of, and disgusted with, a Government that offers them no protection; and are not much averse to a change in which they imagine they have nothing to lose. Thus, then, by the operation of this mobocractic spirit, which all must admit, is now abroad in the land, the strongest bulwark of any Government, and particularly of those constituted like ours, may effectually be broken down and destroyed.”

In response to this “mobocratic spirit,” Abraham Lincoln offers a practical solution:

“Let every American, every lover of liberty, every well wisher to his posterity, swear by the blood of the Revolution, never to violate in the least particular, the laws of the country; and never to tolerate their violation by others. As the patriots of seventy-six did to the support of the Declaration of Independence, so to the support of the Constitution and Laws, let every American pledge his life, his property, and his sacred honor; let every man remember that to violate the law, is to trample on the blood of his father, and to tear the character of his own, and his children’s liberty. Let reverence for the laws, be breathed by every American mother, to the lisping babe, that prattles on her lap. Let it be taught in schools, in seminaries, and in colleges; let it be written in Primers, spelling books, and in Almanacs; let it be preached from the pulpit, proclaimed in legislative halls, and enforced in courts of justice. And, in short, let it become the political religion of the nation; and let the old and the young, the rich and the poor, the grave and the gay, of all sexes and tongues, and colors and conditions, sacrifice unceasingly upon its altars.”

What the Marxists and the jihadis are after is chaos in America so they can step in and bring order. By contemplating vigilante actions, Americans are actually playing into our enemies’ hands.

Understanding the Threat serves as a resource to American citizens and leaders to help them come to understand the true nature of the threats the United States faces, and to provide tools to them to create strategies for victory at the local level in an aggressive yet lawful manner.

American citizen-soldiers have always had the duty to know and understand our founding principles and the way our Republic is intended to function. However, the Republic cannot long stand if citizens do not obey the very laws which come from within our system.

That is not to imply that citizens should not work to overturn immoral and unjust laws, but we have a duty to do so within the system until the system no longer functions.

UTT hopes this discussion causes readers to hunger for a deeper understanding of America’s founding principles and the the threats which seek to destroy our Republic – a Republic which exists to give humanity a place to live under those principles and in liberty.

We serve as your resource for your desire to know more and to do more.

  1. OPINION:

Had Virginia Representative Richard Henry Lee’s June 7, 1776 resolution to the Continental Congress declared that it was the American PEOPLE, who regardless of race, religion, national origin and/or prior servitude who are of right, thus, ought to be FREE, as opposed to referencing simply the “COLONIES”, Representative Thomas Jefferson (also of Virginia) and Massachusetts Representative John Adams, who actually co-authored and introduced the Declaration of Independence four weeks later, on the 4th of July 1776, would also have had to confront King George III with the (thus hypocritical) damning evidence that since 1600, not only were the players most actively engaged in the Atlantic slave trade, ENGLAND, Holland, France, Spain, Portugal,, Arabic Muslims, and a number of West African kingdoms, but both Lee and Jefferson personally owned some of those slaves. I.e., an unfortunate paradox which gives credence to the belief that the elitist diviance currently hindering the enforcement of said federal, state and local laws has been with us for 243 years.

Anyone in Texas planning to attend any of the propaganda galas the jihadi anarchists and potential killers have planned, as Christmas approaches, may wish to acquaint themselves first with a personal Arabic-to-English translated verbatim copy of Islam’s war on Western civilization, the original of which was seized in accordance with a federal search warrant by special agents of the FBI from a subterranean basement in Annandale, Virginia USA, in 2004; should simply contact http://www,securefreedom.org to request (for a nominal handling & postage fee):GOVERNMENT EXHIBIT 003-0085 3:04-CR-240-G U.S. v. HLF, et al.

  2. Agree, we cannot be violent…if someone screams in your face walk away. or in my case run…keep a camera or voice recorder. It is hard not to engage….but it stops escalation. If you are hit call for help if you have a phone. I agree the leftist are trying to create chaos and it also extends to the media, and even some public statement announcements or news media that always demeans, or tries to humilitate with new found powers of the left all in behind them.Hopefully freedom of speech is still in effect. I appreciate all the work that John and UTT have done and their widespread accomplishments, to inform. Not easy, in fact very scary if someone attacks you, especially so if they are sneaky and fib up injury. Watching some protests escalate into burning cities in the news it way beyond insanity if it is not immediately addressed or arrest not made. It is hard to remain silent, with insults and threats.
