FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) is hosting a “collaborative FEMA-approved training event” called STRIVE (Strategic, Tactical, and Resilient Interdiction of Violent Extremism) at the Carrollton (TX) Police Department this week (February 11-12) to teach police, community leaders, and government officials how to “prevent terrorism and counter violent extremism (CVE).”
Let’s begin with the obvious: Why is FEMA teaching counter-terrorism?
As a backdrop, Understanding the Threat (UTT) would like to remind readers that UTT conducts a 3-day “Understanding and Investigating the Jihadi Networks” program – the only one of its kind in the United States – during which we teach an entire day on Islamic doctrine (sharia), which jihadis unanimously state is the reason they do what they do, an entire day on the U.S. jihadi networks, and an entire day on U.S. founding principles in law and government, and how police, first responders, local officials and others can proactively respond to these immediate threats in the community.
Over the years, attendees, including FBI Special Agents and analysts on the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) and the National Joint Terrorism Task Force, have unanimously reported they were not previously aware of the information UTT taught, and they all believe the information is “critical” to protecting their local communities.
UTT will go on the record and state that the program being given at Carrollton Police Department will not give an honest and accurate assessment of the threats to the local Carrollton community and the larger Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area as it relates to the threat of Islam/jihad.
This FEMA STRIVE program will not detail the jihadi networks at the local level, which includes the mosques, and many Islamic schools, organizations and businesses in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area which train and support violent acts of jihad, which U.S. law identifies as “Terrorism.”
The STRIVE program will not demonstrate via evidence from the largest terrorism cases ever prosecuted in American history that groups like ISNA, CAIR, ICNA, MSA, NAIT, and others are directly tied to the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood and designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations such as Hamas and Al Qaeda. The STRIVE program will certainly not identify the Islamic organizations in Carrollton or the surrounding DFW area tied to the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas and Al Qaeda.
What FEMA’s program will teach is how to “counter violent extremism (CVE).”
What is CVE and where did it come from?
CVE (Countering Violent Extremism) is a European Muslim Brotherhood information operation which was launched in Britain with great success – for the jihadis.
Beginning in approximately 2006, the U.S. government sent FBI and DHS officials to England (Britain) to review the CVE program, and the U.S. officials brought CVE back to the United States, and implemented it like a Trojan Horse.
The point of CVE is simple: if government investigators and intelligence agencies are looking for “violent extremists,” they are not looking for Islamic jihadis.
Now, almost nineteen (19) years after 9/11, America’s domestic counter-terrorism strategy is incoherent and pointed in the wrong direction.
This is exactly the outcome intended by our adversaries – exactly the outcome intended by CVE.
And now FEMA is teaching it to local police and authorities in Carrollton, Texas.
This program is headed your way if it has not already been through your town. The FEMA schedule for this training reveals it will be coming to D’Iberville (MS), Garner (NC), Columbus (OH), Flagstaff (AZ), White City (OR), Wichita (KS), New Orleans (LA), and Anchorage (AK) in the next three (3) months.
Citizens are encourage to vehemently oppose these programs long before they get to your community.
Your local police are not “lacking” training on the jihadi threats in their community, they are getting exactly the OPPOSITE of what the actual threat is.
This is why local, state and federal authorities have an understanding of the Islam which is exactly OPPOSITE of what muslims teach muslim children about Islam in U.S. Islamic schools – including the Islamic schools in the Carrollton, Texas area.

The Horror. Is evident, our government agencies are ignoring the reality ,intentionally or otherwise. I think that any action, any good intention of DOJ,Homeland Security have to based on the real threat,that for any reason still Trump Administration is delaying in implementing. Every day we heard about the Socialist/ Jihadist left incidents in Congress and other level. Trying to work or request actions fron our legislators is in vane,at list with Tom Tillis with NC, whose response to anti American statement in Congress have to be resolve in “ appropriate and civilized way”, his words.
This disinformation campaign created by the MB, in removing the identity of Islamic terror and hiding the ties of various world wide islamic terror groups, allowing for the rapid growth of mosques thru out Europe, African Continent, India, and more importantly for the United States. No one gets how dangerous this is unless they have read the Quran, sharia law and the unique deception they use and the purpose of spreading / teaching the doctrine and purpose of the mosque. This article is completely explaining it has removed the Islam problem.
Today an annoucement about Blagojevich a Democratic Congressman from Illinois will be coming out of 14 yr sentence, early but spent many years in prison. He was forced out office by a possible plot to claim he was corrupted. The democrats allowed Obama to get his seat. This should be interesting to follow as some knew there was extreme pressure and hopefully we will see who participated to open the seat he resisted and was arrested and found guilty of corruption. Then everyone fell in line with this narrative. Watch the dems lose their minds.
