In six thousand years of human history, the primary form of governance was monarchy – kings, czars, emperors.
Until America.
America’s Founding Fathers – students of history, philosophy, and religion – built a nation with the understanding that all human beings are created by God Almighty with unalienable rights that no man or government can take away.
They miraculously won the Revolutionary War against the greatest military force in the world – the British – and for the first time in world history, the victors gave the power back to the people.
America’s Founders created a Constitutional Republic – not a democracy – which not only governs by the will of the majority, but ensures minority rights.
America was created by a CONSENT of the people allowing themselves to be governed by others – never surrendering their right to self-government – so long as they are governed justly per the moral standard set forth by our Founding Fathers.
What is America’s moral standard?
The Declaration identifies the moral foundation for our Constitutional Republic as “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God,” legally defined as the will of God as he is revealed in nature, and Holy Scripture.
The Holy Bible was the number one source for the Founding Fathers to establish the U.S. Constitution. Blackstone’s Commentaries, written by Sir William Blackstone, was THE law book relied upon by the Founders and was used as the primary legal text in the United States for the first 150 years of our existence.

Built on a foundation of “The Law of Nature and of Nature’s God” we Americans enter into a “Social Compact” with those we allow to govern us, to govern us so long as they do so justly, adhering to the moral standard.
No law can be legislated which violates the Law of Nature and/or Holy Scripture. Civil governments can thus make laws about speed limits, how to issue business licenses, forming agreements between states, international treaties, and the like so long as the moral standard is strictly kept.
When a society operates in this manner, liberty flourishes and from it comes prosperity.
The Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution provide the remedy when those in positions of authority in our government rule unjustly and fail to adhere to the moral standard.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”
The only duty required of the American people articulated in the Declaration of Independence is the duty to throw off despotic government.
The two key principles inherent in the U.S. Constitution are CONSENT and the RIGHT TO REVOLUTION.
For decades now, ignorant, arrogant, and, in some cases, evil leaders in America have incrementally moved us away from the moral standard underpinning our Constitutional Republic.
Now we find ourselves in the unique position of having a President who is a champion of liberty inside a sea of tyranny that is today’s federal government.
At the state level, governors believe they have the authority to restrict our unalienable rights because they say so. Locally, police chiefs, mayors and other leaders kneel with communists in the street (Antifa, Black Lives Matter) who are destroying our cities and killing our citizens.
Over time, we the people allowed despots and tyrants to:
- Remove God and the teachings of Jesus Christ from our schools, while allowing the barbaric ideologies of communism and Islam to be taught as rational forms of government.
- Remove core historical truths about America’s founding era, thus destroying our nation’s understanding of our Constitutional Republic and the moral standard under which we are called to live.
- Kill over 60 million of our most innocent citizens under the guise of “liberty”
- Send our nation to war against enemies our leaders fail to identify, thus losing wars despite the fact our military crushed the enemies on the battlefields.
- Bring evil ideologies and leaders propagating these evil ideologies into our system (communism, Islam) allowing these Movements to build massive hostile infrastructures inside the United States while protecting them under the guise of “religious freedom” and “the right to dissenting opinions.”
- Impose financial mechanism which enslave people and make them dependent upon the state while reducing the free market system.
- Bloat the federal government and diminish the rights of states and the people by establishing the 17th Amendment, thus destroying the system of governance set in place by our Founding Fathers.
There is a great deal more, but these items are enough to reveal our government officials – elected, appointed, and those serving the bureaucracy – have catastrophically failed to adhere to their Oaths of Office and the moral standard underpinning those oaths.
On this Independence Day 2020, it is time to take back our nation, one local community at a time.

OPINION:
The preamble to the Constitution reflects the agreement of “We the people” that in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America”; and then goes on in Article I, section 4 of to advise the Senators and Representatives comprising the Congress that in all cases EXCEPT for Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace they shall be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses and going to and returning from the same.
I.e., there is nothing in the Constitution which gives State Governors the authority to either withhold necessitous steps to restore domestic tranquility during an insurrection, riot or coup d’etat for the purpose of re-establishing the promotion of diminished general welfare in the face of armed lunatics, arsonists and jihadist killers of ten-year olds, infants and others. Furthermore, once a sworn member of an American law-enforcement entity has been ordered to deploy, and does so for the obvious purpose of restoring domestic tranquility in the interest of said common welfare then refuses or neglects to make an arrest for a felony committed in his or her presence at the behest of anyone other than an on-site U.S. or States Attorney with official monitoring authority, they can be and should be suspended and relieved of their badge, service weapon and identity credentials on the spot pending departmental trial board proceedings. And the hell with any political misfit, be they Governor, State bean-bag champion or whatever who attempts to interfere prior to a sorely needed U.S. Supreme Court decision vis-a-vis said spiraling madness.
