When U.S. federal courts side with a terrorist group (Hamas/CAIR) making a legal argument that muslims must be given the opportunity to abide by foreign law (sharia), it is dangerous and absurd. When “freedom of religion” is sited as the reason, the argument becomes incomprehensible.
While there have been many judicial rulings surrendering liberty to jihadis in the U.S., last week’s ruling by a federal judge forcing the state of Washington to serve special meals at special times during Ramadan to muslims in the state prisons is an exemplar of how sharia gets imposed in Western nations by ignorant government officials.
The most widely used text book in U.S. Islamic schools – What Islam is All About – states “Islam is not a religion, however, but a complete way of life.”
All of Islam defines Islam as a “complete way of life” governed by sharia (Islamic law).
Yet, an organization – the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) – representing the terrorist group Hamas, pushes the narrative that America must make way for sharia (Islamic law) because it is a “religious right” for muslims.
In fact, sharia is a legal system that is obligatory for muslims to obey and commands how they dress, interact with their family, how they govern, how they wage war, and includes “every field of law – public and private, national and international, together with enormous amounts of material that Westerners would not regard as law at all.” (Islam: A Sacred Law, Feisal Abdul Rauf)
For any muslim to make the argument in a U.S. federal court that muslims must be granted “privileges” because it is their “religious right” when in fact they are seeking compliance with sharia (foreign law) is an absurd legal argument. When the argument is made by a proxy for a terrorist group and American courts rule in favor of the jihadis/terrorists, the result is the forceful compliance of sharia upon U.S. citizens inside the U.S. legal system.

Scary times.
All Muslims should be housed in Muslim only prisons like Guantanamo. This way they can practice their religion without it interfering with non Muslims. This would be a great benefit because they will no longer be able to convert others to Islam. It’s been mentioned that Muslim conversions in prison are at a record high.
Why is this happening under President Trump.? This is very scary…do you know who argued against this proposal or is this just the deep jihadi state and it’s supporters? So now every state has the right to undermine the constitutional obligation to protect against all foreign threats and subversion. I feel sick today. It would take a person like Sandra to appear and explain this insanity apparently they don’t listen to Americans…who they may consider extremist. All federal and state judges should be informed about the deception of the MB and dangers of sharia laws being implemented this is what ex-muslims try to escape. Wonder where the money came from for this court case. Very disappointed.

I surely hope the President did not support this if he did then the Saudi got to him.. with the deception misinformation campaign which was my biggest fear, smiling all the while using the sharia to deceive him. Not a word contained in the 7-Articles and 27-Amendments of the U.S Constitution even tacitly imply, much less allow, an obviously ill informed megalomaniacal U.S. District Court judge to exercise extrajudicial anarchical and/or treasonous proclivities on behalf of any — much less sharia-adherent — menu preferences. I.e., “sharia-adherence” was the identical predicate used by Islamic jihadist savages to justify and launch the “Western Civilization” element of their relentless 14-century global war* on non-Muslim humanity by means of the 3-pronged airborne attack on 9/11 which claimed the lives of 2777 (mainly) American citizens.
Furthermore, the jurist in question would be well advised to reflect on the limiting phrase applicable to his or her contextual conduct which DOES appear in Article III of said Constitution, and with respect to the permanency of his or her august position on the theoretical, now grotesquely threaded, tapestry of “equal protection under the law” exclusively rivets tenure to “good behavior” on behalf of the American people, not sycophantic pandering in behalf of sharia-adherent terrorist organizations.

Thanks for the information Donald Klein. It is stunning how a ruling passes without adequate information about sharia and deliberate obfuscation of words, goals and dangers…in a Federal Courts of the state of Washington.
I do believe that the administration will protect free speech.However, the massive misinformation campaign by the suited MB to obscure the issue of Islam as a race, deny all bad information about the Quran, sharia law and jihad to protect the movement of a political ideology as a normal religion, has been all too effective as it is a club used by the democrats, leftist and some republicans and national security. When the members government officials use the MB for information without the knowledge about the constant use of language to deceive, all the while jihad terrorism is spreading worldwide, setting up shop in the U.S., possibly using foreign funds to achieve elections. and build mosques it seems to be completely missed. So when someone says isis is defeated look around maybe you don’t see a mosque, but google it and see how they are positioned in all areas’ of the country The move now is to get people in public office, present a peaceful face, sporadically use terror, quiet down when things get hot and use propaganda and protests, disruptions and media at their constant invitation to carry on. It is dangerous and subversive but the drama is created, the sympathy is paramount to achieve and goals are to remove our free speech for facts and manipulate us to submission and remove reality and logic. When emotions rule, examinations are pushed away. It is stated people are stressed….look no further than the resistance that Obama left behind and is active, in my opinion.
This federal judge has endorsed both sedition and treason in direct violation of the Constitution, several statutes, and not to mention the Oath of Office that every federal employee takes and then is required to support that oath with a bond.
First Amendment “freedom” of speech and religion does not make sedition and treason lawful.
So why does no one oppose, appeal, or object these cases that are being brought before a court? Why are there no signatures being rounded up on behalf of our American Constitution Laws? If what Donald Klein, and I trust is statement to be true and factual, then this needs to get out there and be addressed. Not just here on UTT, we are not seeing or hearing anything coming out about what is going on in the muslim community, especially lately it seems it has been awfully quiet lately when it comes to the muslim people. There’s been so much focus on the immigration situation of Latino’s and also the dam collusion thing with comey & all those others involved in that mess that they’ve sickened us to death with on T.V.
It seems & feels like it’s just us four here on this website that are paying any attention and care about these issues concerning the quiet lying back stabbing muslims that are sneaking all around quietly to get their agenda goals while everyone is asleep here in the US. It is very very discouraging to know & see that majority people don’t get it and it’s really a lost cause to even talk to anyone about it as they tend to look and act like they don’t know what the heck you are talking about. So many especially on the left are always rooting for the enemy the immigrate/refugee, out there protesting making a lot of noise on their behalf and calling people on the right terrible names and working against the good of the country. These are the people that will also fight for the muslim people & the right of sharia when the time comes, I already can see it being played out on the T.V. just like the whole immigration thing right now.
