The Amador County Sheriff’s Office (California) released its report on the investigation of the death of former DHS official Phillip Haney, ruling his February 21, 2020 death was a suicide.
See the press release HERE.
The significant amount of evidence collected and processed in this investigation clearly points to a suicide – to include his own hand-written suicide note – and there is no evidence Phil Haney’s death was a homicide.
The Amador County Sheriff’s Office conducted a professional investigation, and reached the logical conclusion based on all the evidence.
I make this point because as Phil Haney’s friend and colleague I know there are some who struggle with this entire situation and cannot fathom Phil would do such a thing. Yet, he did.
Phil’s life was marked by his integrity, faith, and desire to speak and follow truth wherever it led him. This is the way to remember a great man like Phil. Remember how he lived, not merely how he died.
Phil Haney’s absence in the counterterrorism fight and the fight for liberty in America feels like a void that is impossible to fill.
Yet, in honor of Phillip Haney, all Patriots can pledge to expend all of possible efforts to defend liberty until victory in this war for America is won.

Hi John
It would be a big help if you could comment on the results of this investigation, please.
According to Brannon Howse & others who knew Phil Haney personally, the investigation was a sham, a cover up.
Brannon Howse is a sham. His reports on this are unprofessional and disregard hard facts and evidence.
Very strange that Phil would do such a thing. He did not come across as a man having any sorts of problems that could lead to such drastic measures. IMO.
I don’t believe it simply because of his strong Christian faith…..
John: Do you honestly believe this crap? I don’t!
It was a devastating day that I heard the news… a .brilliant man, a true patriot, if he gave up which I doubt he did or he the loss of his wife and something either brought on sadness or despair or he was taken…..so he would not expose what was silent.
Either he was a “fake activist”, or he did NOT commit suicide. The two are irreconcilably incongruent. Someone who cares about doing what’s right, is authentically dedicated to truth, ethics & moral values would not commit the crime/sin of suicide, regardless of anything.
Read RAIR’s analysis of the situation. And note or not, the details don’t add up.

Trying to get into someone’s head and conclusively say they did not commit suicide is an illogical practice. Few people know the pain and burden Phil Haney experienced as a result of coming forward with his findings. And nearly all of the people who promised to DO something didn’t. They let Phil hang out to dry. It weighed heavily on him. JG
Mohammed al Fayed and Dodi Fayed being involved with the British/Iran gov’t and Soebarkah definitely has nothing to do with Lebanon/London Hezbollah or Phil in anyway. That was just powerdered sugar and bananas in those crates. Sheikh Fadlallah spagetti groups running fake charities to attract unwitting and aware donors trying to take out Saudi ambassadors or whoever else is nothing worth mentioning. Rest assured, Abbate will save us all.
All, any thoughts on whether Phil’s second book will see circulation?
