The following statement is a direct quote from a prosecutorial memo filed in U.S. Federal Court, Northern District of Texas, in US v Holy Land Foundation<\/em>\u2014the largest terrorism financing and Hamas trial ever successfully prosecuted in American history:<\/p>\n

“The U.S. Muslim Brotherhood created the U.S. Palestine Committee, which documents reflect was initially comprised of three organizations: the OLF (HLF), the IAP, and the UASR. CAIR was later added to these organizations … The mandate of these organizations, per the International Muslim Brotherhood, was to support Hamas.”<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Operating under a fictitious name\u00a0and portraying itself as “America\u2019s largest Muslim civil liberties and advocacy organization” to hide its seditious agenda and true identity as a Hamas entity, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) published a new propaganda hit piece in April this year entitled Legislating Fear: Islamophobia and its Impact in the United States<\/a><\/em> in which it identifies more than forty organizations and individuals in the U.S. that it accuses of being\u00a0“Islamophobic” <\/em>and lumps into the “Islamophobia Network’s Inner Core.”<\/em><\/p>\n

While CAIR remains an unindicted co-conspirator<\/a> in the aforementioned Hamas terrorism financing trial, the critical thing to remember about CAIR is that the U.S. Government identifies the organization as a member of the “U.S. Palestine Committee” which is<\/em> Hamas in the United States.\u00a0 Hamas, a Muslim Brotherhood subsidiary, has already made clear (as has the parent organization) that it’s primary objective is to subordinate the entire world to Islamic Law (Sharia).<\/p>\n

Anyone who is aware that Hamas is a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO)<\/a>, should also understand that “Legislating Fear”<\/em> is a jihadi hit list.\u00a0 “Islamophobia” as understood by the Islamic movement is one and the same with “slander” as defined by Islamic Law.\u00a0 Sharia mandates capital punishment for “Slander” and “slander,” according to Islamic Law, is communicating anything<\/em> about Islam\u2014regardless of veracity\u2014“which a Muslim would not like.”\u00a0 <\/em>Accordingly, all of the individuals named in “Legislating Fear”<\/em> have now been directly threatened and targeted by a Hamas entity operating in the U.S.\u2014CAIR.<\/p>\n

Will the U.S. Government in the form of the FBI, DHS, and other appropriate agencies take legal action against CAIR? Will this unindicted co-conspirator in US v. HLF finally be prosecuted for affiliating with and representing a US-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization? Or, will the U.S. government continue to ignore the hostile intent of our enemies, putting friendly relations with them above the safety of American citizens?<\/p>\n

Do U.S. citizens who have been directly threatened by jihadis have a right to take proactive action to defend themselves or must they sit quietly by while the Government charged with protecting and defending them continues to aid and abet the enemy in countless egregious ways?<\/p>\n
