What's New?

by John D. Guandolo

America is the most free and liberty-producing nation in the history of the world, but that is not how democrats describe it.

Democrats say America is systemically racist. The only consistent systemic racism in America has been propelled by the democrat party.

Did you know blacks in America from the 1800’s into the 1900’s were nearly unanimously republicans? Why? Because the republican party is the party of liberty, Lincoln, and the principles articulated in the Declaration of Independence.

It was democrats who supported slavery and opposed ending it.

How many slave-owning plantation owners were republican? ZERO

It was democrats who created and operated the Ku Klux Klan.

It was democrats who opposed civil rights legislation.

It is democrats like Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and others who lauded former Ku Klux Klan leader Robert Byrd.

The 1856 Republican Platform had nine (9) planks in it. Seven of those planks dealt with promoting liberty and detailing why slavery was antithetical to liberty. For instance, the second plank reads:

Resolved: That, with our Republican fathers, we hold it to be a self-evident truth, that all men are endowed with the inalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and that the primary object and ulterior design of our Federal Government were to secure these rights to all persons under its exclusive jurisdiction; that, as our Republican fathers, when they had abolished Slavery in all our National Territory, ordained that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, it becomes our duty to maintain this provision of the Constitution against all attempts to violate it for the purpose of establishing Slavery in the Territories of the United States by positive legislation, prohibiting its existence or extension therein. That we deny the authority of Congress, of a Territorial Legislation, of any individual, or association of individuals, to give legal existence to Slavery in any Territory of the United States, while the present Constitution shall be maintained.

1856 Republican Platform

Compare that to the 1944 Supreme Court ruling that struck down the democrat policy of not allowing blacks to vote in primary elections simply because of the color of their skin.

Did you know democrats published “Lynching Cards” with pictures of republicans – blacks and whites – with their names encouraging democrats to find and lynch them for their party affiliation not skin color?

Democrat “Lynching Card” from the mid 1800’s

Did you know the democrats took out a full page ad in the 1930’s declaring themselves the party of “White Supremacy” while condemning republicans for supporting blacks in elected office?

Many free black Americans fought in unsegregated units during America’s Revolutionary War. As a matter of fact, black men re-enlisted at a rate nine (9) times higher than whites.

There are many great stories of courageous black men and women during our founding era who made significant impacts on the establishment of the greatest nation on earth – America.

America is the first nation in the history of the world which had a revolution and gave power back to the people.

America is the first nation in the history of the world to recognize that all human beings are given natural rights by God, that governments must be instituted to secure those rights, and our founders built a government based on these self-evident truths.

America’s Declaration of Independence created a situation where the barbaric practice of slavery would be crushed under the weight of liberty – and it was.

This is what American children should be taught about America.

The fact the democrat narrative is exactly opposite of the truth with regards to republicans, yet true about themselves should be THE clear indicator for all American that democrats are lying in furtherance of perpetuating a hostile message about America with a purpose – to bring it down.

  1. This is excellent! You’ve done your homework. Thank you very much. It’s more shocking than I could imagine. It’s no wonder the Democrat Party (DP) became so taken with eugenics.I encourage everyone to send this to everyone you know. The DP roots explains their penchant for totalitarianism, and why they’re so adept at practicing Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

  2. As a historian, a Southerner, and a Republican, I am disappointed to see such a biased view of the history of the 19th century Republican party. Much was taken out of context. I hope that John Guandolo will do his homework concerning Lincoln, libertyas articulated by the founders of the Constitution, the meaning of the Lee Resolution considered with the Declaration of Independence, and how slavery ended in the United States. It is disheartening to see such a failure in historical understanding in someone I like to think is very informed on Islam and current events concerning Islam.

    1. Please do share what you think was taken out of context. Were blacks in the 1800’s and early 1900’s not predominantly republicans? Was the republican party not the party of anti-slavery, Lincoln, and liberty? Was the democrat party not the party of slavery and the KKK? Please help me see where I got something wrong. John Guandolo, President, UTT

      1. Blacks in the 1800s were predominantly republicans. I have no issue with that.

The founders of the Constitution believed that “all human beings are given natural rights by God, that governments must be instituted to secure those rights, and our founders built a government based on these self-evident truths” but could deny that this applied to black people because they denied that black people were human.

Technically, there is considerable evidence that even though they did not consider black people human, many believed that they were close enough to being human that they should not be slaves. But then the question remained of what if they were freed. What if in a society where blacks had the same rights as white people, they bred with white people or voted? It was easier for many decades to just allow slavery to continue in the South.

Certainly there was a movement, led primarily by the British, to end slavery in the world. It is one of the greatest achievements of mankind that they were ultimately almost completely successful. The United States mostly was not a part of that.

Early on, decades before the existence of the existence of the Republican Party, the US ended the trans-Atlantic slave trade by law. The nature of slave labor and other conditions made it possible for black people and black slaves to increase in population. This made the US somewhat unique. Brazil and other American nations could not do this successfully so they continued in the trans-Atlantic slave trade, sometimes in conflict with the US and Britain.

Lincoln was very logical in many ways. He was a typical nineteenth century white person in the United States in that he was thoroughly racist throughout his entire life and defended the Republican party in his initial election bid by denouncing and separating his campaign from abolitionists. During the Civil War, only as a military tactic, he started a process of emancipating black slaves. As a military tactic, it was dramatically successful. Lincoln understood that legal recognition of black people would have to ultimately be implemented, especially in the conquered Southern states. He was logical like that.

Was the Republican Party anti-slavery in the 1800s? On balance, no. The 1856 platform mentioned discussed territories, not as implied in the article, the United States. The early Republican Party in 1856 brought together a number of other political parties that wanted slavery confined in the South, but not anywhere else, especially in the West. This desire for keeping slavery confined to the Southern slates voiced by all the parties coming together into the Republican Party was clear. They were adamantly racist and did not want black people moving to or existing in other parts of the United States. The overwhelming majority of white people in the North and the South during the entire nineteenth century were adamantly white supremacists. A minority of white people that were also overwhelmingly white supremacists believed that slavery was wrong and should be ended. Most white people from that time believed that slavery was wrong but must be maintained because they did not want black people, who they perceived as inferior, to be allowed the rights of white people. Some, such as Lincoln, believed that black people had all the natural rights as white people, as long as they were in their “natural climes.” He therefore throughout his presidency and before sought to ship black people out of the United States in order to be rid of them, but to place them where he believed they should be anyway. How does any of this present the Republican Party as the party of liberty?

From the above it is apparent that before the Emancipation Proclamation, the Democrat and Republican parties advocated for slavery. The only question was where it should be allowed.

In the twentieth century, the KKK was to my knowledge was strongly associated with the Democratic Party. I am less sure about that tie with the first incarnation of KKK in the nineteenth century. Were the members of the first KKK even allowed to vote? I don’t know. It is easy to imagine that most would have refused to sign the loyalty oath after the Civil War, just as many others in the South refused to sign it. If they refused, then I do not believe they would have been allowed to vote, so it would be difficult to associate them with the Democratic Party.

Extra-legal traditions of various sorts existed in the South and West throughout the nineteenth century. For example, Andrew Jackson participated in about 13 duels in his lifetime. I am pretty sure they were all illegal. There were places in the South that you just did not go against social norms or risked reprisals of all sorts in the nineteenth century. I see the initial KKK as one of the uglier manifestations of this. The twentieth century KKKs I see as North and South and representing a bigotry of a different sort and being associated with the Democratic party. I was not aware of lynching cards. However, I am somewhat aware of the hypocrisy, strutting, and hyperbole associated with dueling and Southern honor codes. Without further information, I would say that the cards were probably not acted on in actually pursuing lynching. Of course there was plenty of lynching going on. I just question the cards without further information.

After the South was conquered by the North, it underwent what was called “Reconstruction.” During this time many black people held political office and many white people were disallowed the vote. Most white people and most black people were hungry many times coming together to help each other as best as they could. Little was known about Malaria and nothing at all was known in the United States about the American Killer hookworm or pellagra. Mixing and matching these conditions with hunger led to Southerners, black and white, to be considered dim-witted and lazy (Of course mixing these conditions was extremely deadly as well). (There is a lot that could be said about racial immunities to malaria and American Killer hookworm, DDT, and Africa in respect to these diseases in both the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.) At the end of the day, the practical electoral victories of black people in the South during “Reconstruction” was not as important to most white and black people at the time, compared to other issues.

Therefore, I do not believe you can easily connect the dots from the nineteenth century Democratic Party and Republican Party to the twentieth century and today. An exception might be initial Lincoln/Whig/Hamiltonian ideas such as central government improvements, a national bank, and increased taxes/tariffs to pay for it. I applaud the honesty of recent Democrats in separating themselves from the Jefferson/Jackson dinner that was popular years ago. Modern Democrats have nothing meaningful in common with these leaders.

        1. Vann, your entire narrative appears to be written by a democrat. Not sure what history books you are reading from but it appears to be one devoid of all facts. Let me just respond to this…
“The founders of the Constitution believed that “all human beings are given natural rights by God, that governments must be instituted to secure those rights, and our founders built a government based on these self-evident truths” but could deny that this applied to black people because they denied that black people were human.”
This is simply utter nonsense with no basis in historical fact. Your characterization of the Republican platform, Abraham Lincoln, and the Founding Fathers is gravely flawed. The writings of the founders and President Lincoln make clear they viewed slavery as abhorrent and inconsistent with the understanding that every human being is created equal in the eyes of God no matter who they were.
As to your comment that “modern democrats have nothing meaningful in common with these leaders” (Dems of the 1800’s) is also hogwash. From LBJ to Joe Biden, the democrats of the last 70 years are EXACTLY the same. They see black Americans as tools to be used for democrats advance of their self-centered and destructive socialist ideology. Welfare is an economic tool to keep that community down, and it has. Look at every city in America controlled by democrats and you DO NOT see liberty, creativity, and production flourishing. You see depravity, poverty, and destruction.
          Peddle your lies somewhere else.

  3. “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”
    – Joseph Goebbels, National Socialist (Nazi), Reich Minister of Propaganda

The Left will never change. They always lie and cheat the schemers. It is all about power for them, whatever it takes. No conscience there.

Projection is what they live by all the time. Blaming their opponents for what they themselves are guilty of. Satan operates in the same manner.

  4. OPINION:

Anyone who disagrees or wishes to dispute UTT’s brilliant foregoing assessment of ineluctable fact, should begin their fruitless endeavor by reading Wikipedia’s contextually focused pages on “LEONIDAS DYER” the Republican civil rights activist and U.S. Congressman from Missouri who in the face of virulent resistance introduced the first ever anti-Lynching bill in American history which (in essence) was repeatedly blocked by Democrat party racist filibusters until its enactment in 2018.

Furthermore, since it appears that FoxNews news-readers are now authorized to quaff Kool-Ade in support of the fake news industry’s propensity to refer to inveterate liars as journalists and/or guests, Mr. Murdock may be well advised – in the interest of his reputation for dealing in fact as opposed to fiction – to start checking the birth certificates of his new-found “contributors”.

Too, anyone wishing to own a verbatim Arabic-to-English translation of Islam’s declaration of war on Western civilization, the original of which was seized in accordance with a federal search warrant from a subterranean basement in Annandale, Virginia USA by special agents of the FBI in 2004, may do so by simply connecting with: http://www.securefreedom.org to request (for a nominal handling & postage fee) GOVERNMENT EXHIBIT 003-0085 3:04-CR-240-G U.S. v. 5. Even before the 1800s, the “democrats” were known as British loyalists or Quakers (people claiming to be neutral and or pacifists). There are also the neo-cons that promote congressional military industrial complex to fuel and profit off endless wars. There are also the totalitarian globalists that push for a “one world government,” such as the CCP-controlled UN/WHO. The Vatican for example with its jesuitt secret societies push these type of conflicts behind the scenes along with the bank of England, global bankers, ‘Federal’ Reserve, etc. Why else were the three Americans killed on the Titanic that were opposing the federal reserve system?

  6. This site has current fbi working for it , I find the racial tones and remarks here offensive , moreover the article and other articles hinge on racism in this context , personally feel this site is to ferret out the white supremacy groups – wake up America the threat is the the Virus take note of the countries now spiking – the attack and our way of life is now under siege – the virus is and has been a attack – I care about nothing more then finding out how it happened and why this communist attack is upon us – grow up has nothing to do with Islam or anything else it’s communism

    1. “white supremacy” is one of the many overly emphasized socially engineered terms created by the neo-Marxist/socialist overlords that control the mainstream narrative. It is an over-emphasis on WVEs to distract from real threats. I assume you believe the laptop from hell is “Russian disinformation” and that this site is “Islamaphobic” as well?

  7. Be aware of pysops and the beat down -let set the record straight if your in the near range of a communist your a security risk , now we have people doing business with communist , close it close it now stop all goods from China , wake it up America wake it up
