In November 2008, the largest terrorism financing trial in American history came to an end in the Northern District of Texas (Dallas) as the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (“HLF”) and its leaders were convicted of sending over $12 million to leaders of the terrorist group Hamas and many of its front organizations
At the time it was indicted in 2001, the HLF was the largest Islamic charity in America…and it was a front for the designated terrorist group Hamas.
The US v HLF trial was the culmination of a 15 year FBI investigation, and the evidence reveals:
- There is a massive jihadi network in the United States primarily controlled by the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood
- The objective of the network is to replace America’s Constitutional Republic with an Islamic State under Islamic Law (sharia)
- The most prominent Islamic organizations in the United States are a part of this jihadi network
Hostile Islamic organizations then/now include, but are not limited to the: Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and all of its subsidiary “Islamic Societies” including the Islamic Society of Chattanooga, the Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma and the Islamic Society of Greater Houston among others; Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA); Muslim Students Association (MSA) which has over 800 chapters nationwide on every major college and university campus in the U.S. for the purpose of recruiting jihadis and conducting dawah; Muslim American Society (MAS) and its affiliate chapters; Islamic Medical Association of North America (IMANA); North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) which is the bank for the Muslim Brotherhood; Fiqh Council of North America (FCNA); International Institute for Islamic Thought (IIIT); Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC); Muslim Advocates; and many others.
Evidence in the US v HLF trial reveal the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood, on orders from the International Muslim Brotherhood in Cairo, Egypt, created a Palestine Committee to be a node for the terrorist group Hamas in the United States.
The U.S. Palestine Committee created four (4) Hamas front groups including the Holy Land Foundation and the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), which was created in 1994.
When ISNA, NAIT, and CAIR petitioned the court to have their names removed from the Unindicted Co-Conspirator list the trial judge, Jorge Solis, ruled:
“The government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA and NAIT with HLF, the Islamic Association for Palestine (“IAP”), and with Hamas.”
The evidence in the HLF trial reveals ISNA and NAIT send money directly from their accounts to Hamas leaders and Hamas organizations – TERRORISTS – overseas.
This evidence begs a few questions.
Why is CAIR still in existence? Why is CAIR allowed to host “Muslim Day” at state capitals across America, lobby on Capital Hill, work with local school districts, train police…???
Why are Muslim Brotherhood properties owned by NAIT all over the U.S. not being investigated by local police or state bureaus of investigation?
Property records and Muslim Brotherhood linked leadership reveals a majority of the over 3200 mosques/Islamic Centers in America are under Muslim Brotherhood influence.
Why are leaders of ISNA working with the U.S. government with some (eg Mohamed Magid) serving in positions requiring a security clearance? Why do Christian “interfaith” outreach programs openly welcome ISNA Director Sayyid Syeed as an “equal partner” for “peace and justice?”
The US v HLF case was the largest terrorism financing trial ever successfully prosecuted in American history. American citizens need to review this case and digest the implications. It is time to shut the door to suit-wearing jihadi leaders in America at all levels of our society.

Or if they are listening, they are too afraid to stir up the pot. We wouldn’t want to offend anyone right? Especially anyone that wants to take over our country and way of life. We need to keep spreading the message and get as many eyes and ears open as possible before it’s too late.

When I was reading the jihadi network still rolling, there was a part about those muslim’s training law enforcement, my question is; training them to do what???? That sounds so rediculous if that is the case, do the American people & law enforcement allowing them in realize just how stupid American people look and are, how those muzzies are laughing at them as they are working against America right under our noses…. I don’t think there has ever been a time in all of history that Americans have been so STUPID, so GULLIBLE, to the enemy….
OPINION:
Although the good news in November 2008, as UTT points out, were indeed the long sought multiple RICO* convictions in connection with Islam’s “Homeland Foundation Relief & Development” scam, the concomitant bad news was the astonishing 2008 to 2016 interregnum usurpation of the American presidency by a demonstrable impostor, which the U.S. legislative and judicial branches could have prevented but (with a dearth of noble exceptions) chose to cower in treasonous silence, thus abetted.
Since too, said thus gifted electoral fraud quickly traveled in the aftermath of his usurpation to Saudi Arabia (whose government according to the previously arcane “28-pages” funded the 9/11 attacks) to bow down to Islam & Allah, and appointed a sharia adherent Muslim to head the CIA and thus promptly have gutted any widening aspirations of the FBI’s RICO powers in connection with said Homeland Foundation Relief & Development issues, et al, is it any wonder that the objective of the ever burgeoning jihadi network in the United States grows more brazen each day by mimickers of the “Speaker’s” reckless attempt to effectively foment violence against the President of the United States for example, I.e., by ignoring the bombastic foul-mouthed threats of her charges, perhaps in her megalomaniac looney-tune hope to fall heir to the office of acting president in accordance with Article II, section I of the Constitution; God forbid!
And until the Attorney General is mandated to go after the apparent ongoing genre of collusion in the legislative and Judiciary branches of government threaded to “financial gain” — which the penultimate RICO predicate offense regarding aiding & assisting illegal aliens alludes to — the ongoing anarchical charade seeking to abolish the Constitution & Bill of Rights at the expense of the safety of the American people for the purpose of garnering both gubernatorial and general-election votes as the pathway to permanent tyrannical power vested in the hands of sharia adherent killers, war** profiteers and political dynasties is going to happen as surely as Concord Bridge was destined to happen.
